After finishing up at 4am last night, the Field Rep Draft of 2008 is complete. There are some really great field reps this year (credit to Will Crosswell and his recruiting efforts). People don’t realize how hard it is to find someone who fits the exact profile of the people we wanted, but somehow we found a few dozen of them.
Today, we are at Arent Fox for some more training and to hand people their assignments. Should be a very exciting and interesting day.
